Orders related to toothpastes and whiteners:
These orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped.
For delivery cost calculation within Bosnia and Herzegovina: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For delivery cost calculation outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina: In addition to the delivery charges calculated and displayed at checkout, we reserve the right to apply additional charges depending on the destination country, which we will inform you about.
NOTE: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
1. International Shipping
All international orders are placed through the website and paid by card.
Due to OSS regulations, delivery times may vary as the recipient country’s customs may temporarily hold the package.
Note: We are not responsible for delays in transit.
2. Order Process
01. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Items on preorder will be shipped once they are back in stock.
02. After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email with all the details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
03. For questions about your order, write to us at: citydent@ymail.com. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
04. Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. If the package is returned, you will be refunded the order amount.
Orders related to aligners, aligners with whiteners, lamp whitening and night white whitening, dental services including implants, and fillers:
For these orders, after payment, you are required to contact City Dent to schedule an appointment at the clinic. Upon arrival, an examination will be performed.
