Reklamacije<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a5b5eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a5b5eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>U zavisnosti od vremena kada je nastao kvar, postoje slede\u0107e kategorije reklamacija na funkcionalnu ispravnost proizvoda:<br>1) DOA \u2013 Dead on Arrival je reklamacija u trenutku prijema ili prvog pu\u0161tanja u rad<\/p><p>To zna\u010di slede\u0107e:<\/p><p>a) isporu\u010deni proizvod je o\u0161te\u0107en, nedostaju mu neki delovi (nekompletan je), ne odgovara projektovanoj nameni ili specifikaciji. Ukoliko ste nakon prijema paketa utvrdili o\u0161te\u0107enje rok da prijavite o\u0161te\u0107enje je 24 h od prijema, kako bi vasa reklamacija bila prihva\u0107ena. Ako prilikom prijema paketa utvrdite o\u0161te\u0107enje niste u obavezi da primate paket, mo\u017eete odbiti prijem po\u0161iljke.  <\/p><p>b) ukoliko je prilikom prvog kori\u0161tenja proizvod neispravan, potrebno je da nas odmah obavestite tako \u0161to \u0107ete nas kontaktirati telefonom ili nam poslati mail sa opisom problema i Va\u0161im kontaktom.<\/p><p>2) Reklamacija na funkcionalnu ispravnost proizvoda \u2013 koraci<\/p><p>Ako ste ure\u0111aj ili proizvod kupili preko na\u0161eg web-a, kontaktirate na\u0161 call centar koji se nalaze na na\u0161oj stranici i mi \u0107emo Vam dati neophodne informacije kako biste putem kurirske slu\u017ebe dostavili proizvod na\u0161oj slu\u017ebi reklamacija. U slu\u010daju slanja robe kurirskom slu\u017ebom u obavezi ste da adekvatno upakujete ure\u0111aj, jer u slu\u010daju fizi\u010dkog o\u0161te\u0107enja u transportu, tro\u0161ak o\u0161te\u0107enja pada na kupca, tj. po\u0161iljaoca u skladu sa Zakonom o po\u0161tanskim uslugama: <\/p><p>Po\u0161iljalac je odgovoran za izbor vrste po\u0161tanske usluge prema prirodi, sadr\u017eini, stvarnoj vrednosti ili zna\u010daju po\u0161tanske po\u0161iljke za njega.<\/p><p>Po\u0161iljalac je odgovoran i za pravilno pakovanje sadr\u017eine i zatvaranje po\u0161tanske po\u0161iljke. Pakovanje i zatvaranje po\u0161tanskih po\u0161iljaka mora da odgovara vrsti, obliku, masi i vrednosti predmeta u po\u0161iljci. <\/p><p>Za \u0161tetu koja je prouzrokovana sadr\u017einom ili neodgovaraju\u0107im pakovanjem po\u0161tanske po\u0161iljke, odgovoran je po\u0161iljalac.<\/p><p>3) Reklamacija na o\u0161te\u0107enu po\u0161iljku<\/p><p>Ukoliko Vam ure\u0111aj ili proizvod koji ste poru\u010dili stigne o\u0161te\u0107en prilikom isporuke, potrebno je u roku od 24 sata kontaktirati kurirsku slu\u017ebu koja je ure\u0111aj dostavila kako bi napravili zapisnik, a zatim nas obavestiti o tome.<\/p><p>Servisiranje i povra\u0107aj novca<\/p><p>Kod prijema robe koja nije bila ispravna kod prvog kori\u0161tenja (DOA), prodavac je u obavezi da prvo proveri opravdanost reklamacije i kompletnost reklamiranog proizvoda pre nego \u0161to pristupi zameni robe ili vra\u0107anju novca. Rok za odgovor po Va\u0161em prigovoru je 8 dana od dana podno\u0161enja reklamacije od dana kada ure\u0111aj bude isporu\u010den kurirskom slu\u017ebom na\u0161oj slu\u017ebi reklamacija. Nakon toga se donosi odluka o tome da li \u0107e se isporu\u010diti novi proizvod ili \u0107e novac biti vra\u0107en.  <\/p><p>Prodavnica CityDent zadr\u017eava sva prava promene cene proizvoda tako da, ako ste poru\u010dili ure\u0111aj po jednoj ceni i sa tom cenom ga primili na ku\u0107nu adresu, a nakon toga je cena smanjena nemate prava na povra\u0107aj novca. <\/p><p>Prilikom reklamacije robe za koju je Trgovac du\u017ean za nesaobraznost, kupac je du\u017ean:<\/p><p>a) da reklamirani proizvod po\u0161alje dostavnom slu\u017ebom nazad na adresu po\u0161iljaoca.
